BRANDY SOUR

SIDE CAR

  • 2 Measure Brandy
  • 3 Drops Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar Syrup
  • Juice of Lemon
  • 1 Lemon Slice to Garnish

    Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake the bitters over the ice, add the lemon juice, brandy and sugar syrup and shake. Strain into a tumbler and decorate with lemon slices.

  • 1 Measure Brandy
  • Half Measure Triple Sec
  • Half Measure Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Sugar Syrup(Optional)

    Place ice cubes in a shaker and shake all the ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel

    BLUE ANGEL

  • 1 Measure Brandy
  • 1 Measure Creme de Cocao
  • 1 Measure Thick Cream
  • Grated Nutmeg

    Place a few ice cubes in a shaker then pour over ingredients in the order given above and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and sprikle a little nutmeg on top.

  • Half Measure of Blue Caracao
  • Half Measure of Parfait Amour
  • Dash of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Measure of Thick Cream

    Place ice cubes in a shaker, add all the ingredients and shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass.

    HORSE'S NECK

  • 1 Measure of Brandy
  • Half Measure of Cranberry Juice
  • Quarter Measure of Kummel (Caraway Liqueur)
  • Dash of Lemon Juice

    Place ice cubes into a shaker with all the other ingredients and shake well. Pour into a wine glass and garnish with a lemon slice.

  • 1 Measure of Brandy
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Ginger Ale to Taste

    Hang a continuous spiral of lemon peel in a tall glass, add ice and then the Brandy. Add a dash of bitters and stir, then top up with the ginger ale.

    BETWEEN THE SHEETS

  • 1 Measure of Brandy
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Half Measure of Curacao (Orange Liqueur)
  • 2 Measures of Fresh Milk

    Shake the Brandy, egg and Curacao together then strain into a short tumbler. Add the milk and stir. Serve with a straw.

  • 1 Measure of Brandy
  • 1 Measure of White or Gold Rum
  • 1 Measure of Triple Sec or Qointreau
  • Dash of Lemon Juice

    Put all the ingredients with ice cubes into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry and a slice of lemon
