TUNA QUICHE |
Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1 finely chopped onion
2 tins of tuna in brine or water (drained)
3oz grated Cheddar cheese
2oz grated Cheddar cheese for topping
40g plain crisps, crushed

Method
Preheat oven to 180%C (gas mark 5) .
Put beaten egg in a bowl, add the onion, cheese, tuna and crisps and mix well. Add salt and pepper if you wish.
Press firmly into a flan dish. Top with remaining cheese and more crushed crisps if you want a crispier topping.
Bake for 15 min until the top is nicely browned.
