  • 3 Measures of London Dry Gin
  • Dash of Dry Vermouth

    Chill the Gin, Vermouth and cocktail glass before preparation.Carefully pour Gin into a mixing glass over ice cubes, then add the Vermouth and stir gently.Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon or stuffed olive.

    GIN FIZZ

  • 2 Measure of Gin
  • Juice of One Lemon
  • 1and a Half Teaspoosn Castor Sugar
  • Soda Water to Taste

    Place several ice cubes in a shaker then add Gin and lemon juice.Add castor sugar and shake well to ensure it is fully dissolved.Strain into tall tumbler over crushed ice and top up with soda water to taste.Garnish with lemon slices and a cocktail cherry.

  • 1 Measure of London Dry Gin
  • 1 Measure of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Castor Sugar
  • Egg White(Optional)

    Place ice cubes in a blender and add the Gin, lemon juice and castor sugar. Blend for ten seconds. Add egg white and blend for a further five seconds. Pour into short tumblers and garnish with lemon slices and straws.



  • GIN AND IT



    WHITE LADY

  • 2 Measure of London Dry Gin
  • 1 Measure Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange juice

    Put all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of orange.

  • 1 Measure of Gin
  • Half a Measure of Cointreau
  • Half Measure of Lemon Juice

    Place ice cubes and all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry on one tooth pick.



  • GIN GIMLET



    BRONX

  • 1 Measure of Gin
  • 1 Measure of Lime Juice

    Chill the Gin and glasses before use. Pour in the Gin and lime juice and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  • 1 Measure Brandy
  • Half Measure Dry Vermouth
  • Half Measure Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 Measure fresh orange juice
  • Slice of orange to Garnish

    Place ice cubes and all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and decorate a slice of orange.



  • SINGAPORE GIN SLING



    MONKEY GLAND

  • 2 Measures Gin
  • 1 Measure Cherry Brandy
  • 1 and a Half measures of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon castor Sugar
  • Soda Water

    Place ice cubes in shaker, add Gin, Lemon Juice and Cherry Brandy and shake well. Add castor sugar and shake to dissolve. Pour into a tall tumbler and add soda water to taste. Decorate with a full range of fruit and accessories.

  • 2 Measure Gin
  • 1 Measure Orange Juice
  • 3 Dashes of Pernod
  • 3 Dashes Grenadine Fruit Cordial

    Put ice into a shaker, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a large cocktail glass.
