TEQUILA SUNRISE

MARGARITA

  • 2 Measure tequila
  • 4 Measure orange juice
  • ½ measure grenadine syrup

    Fill a tall tumbler with ice cubes then pour in the tequila and orange juice. Stir well then allow to settle. Gently pour in the grenadine. It will swirl to make an attractive pattern: The Sunrise. Garnish with a slice of orange.

  • 1½ Measure white tequila
  • ½ measure Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 measure lime juice

    Chill cocktail glass, then moisten the rim and dip into sea salt to make a frosted edge to the glass. Place ice cubes in a shaker, then add other ingredients and shake well. Strain into the glass.

    • CORCOVADO

    VIVA MARIA

  • 1 Measure white tequila
  • 1 measure blue curacao
  • 1measurer of Drambuie whisky liqueur
  • lime or lemon soda.

    Place ice cubes in shaker, then add other ingredients except the soda. Shake well then strain into a tall tumbler. Add soda to taste and garnish with a lime slice..

  • 1 Measure tequila
  • ½ measure maraschino(white cherry liqueuer
  • ½ measure lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon grenadine syrup
  • ½ egg white

    Put all the ingredients into a blender with cracked ice and blend until smooth. Strain into a large cocktail glass.

    • FIRE EATER

    STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

  • 1 Measure tequila
  • 1 measure triple sec
  • 2 measure orange juice
  • 1 measure cranberry juice

    Pour all the ingredients into the glass in the order listed. The cranberry juice should float at the top of the drink.

  • 1 measure triple sec
  • 1 measure lime juice
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 scoop crushed ice.

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blkend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
