VODKA MARTINI

BLOODY MARY

  • 3 Measure Vodka
  • 1 Measure dry white Vermouth.

    Put four or five ice cubes in a shaker and pour in the Vodka and Vermouth. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass with a stem. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

  • 1 Measure Vodka
  • 2 measures of tomato juice
  • ½ Measure of lemon juice
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tall glass. Garnish with a stick of celery.

    • BLACK RUSIAN

    HARVEY WALLBANGER

  • 2 Measure of vodka
  • 1 measure Kahlua or Tia Maria
  • cola

    Put some ice cubes in a tall chilled tumbler and pour in the vodka and kahlua. Add cola to taste and stir.

  • ½ measure of Galliano liqueur
  • 4 measures of orange juice

    Fill a tall tumbler with ice cubes or crushed ice, then pour in the vodka, followed by the orange juice. Pour the galliano carefully over the back of a spoon so it floats on the surface of the drink.
    Garnish with a slice of orange and a cocktail cherry.

    SCREWDRIVER

  • 2 Measure of vodka
  • 1 measure Kahlua
  • Double creamt

    Put ice in a tumbler, pour in the vodka and Kahlua, then carefully pour cream over the back of a spoon to create an attractive layered effect.

    Fill a tall tumbler with ice cubes or crushed ice. Pour over the vodka and the orange juice and stir well.Decorate with orange slices.

  • juice of half a lime
  • ginger ale to taste
  • twist of lime peel

    Pour the lime juice into a tall tumbler then drop in a twist of lime peel. Add ice cubes then vodka and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with sliced lime.

  • 1 measure lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon castor sugar
  • twist of lime peel

    KATINKA

  • 1 Measures vodka
  • 3 measures beef consomme
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • lemon juice to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Place ice cubes in a mixing glass, then pourin the vodka, beef consumme and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Stir well then pour carefully into a short tumbler. Add lemon juice and black pepper to taste and garnish with a celery stick..

  • 1 measure apricot brandy
  • ½ measure lime juice

    Place all the ingrediants in a shaker over ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass previously filled with crushed ice.
