Ingredients
20 Chicken wings, skinned
2tbsp maple syrup
3tbsp soy sauce
1tsp Tabasco sauce
1tbsp white wine vinegar
2tbsp tomato puree

Method
Combine the glaze ingredients in a shallow dish. Add th chicken wings and stir to ensure the meat is thoroughly coated. Leave to marinate in the fridge for
up to four hours.
Grill or barbeque the coated chicken wings, turning frequently and brushing with the remaining glaze mixture, until thoroughly cooked.
Serve on a bed of crisp green salad leaves.
TIP: For alternative try 12 skinned chicken drum sticks or 4 chicken breasts.
