CHINESE CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS.

Ingredients

12 skinless drumsticks
2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
10 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon runny honey
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons ground ginger
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Method

Slash the flesh of the chicken several times with a sharp knife the place in a shallow dish and set aside.

Prepare the marinade. Whisk together the Chinese five spice powder, soy sauce, runny honey, garlic salt, ground ginger and white wine vinegar.

Pour over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and place in the fridge over night.

When ready to cook place the drumsticks on the grill or barbecue for 20 to 30 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
